The personal information you provide to Westerling is never shared, released or sold to any other party. The information is solely used within our company to help better your experience with us. If you would like to update your information, please just contact us(need link to this page), please be sure to include any previous along with current name, mailing address, and phone number so that we make sure that we are updating the correct individual in our files. We will update your information immediately. Westerling makes every effort to keep your personal information safe and secure.
Security
Westerling wants your shopping experience to be safe and secure. For this to take place, we use secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information as it travels over the internet. Many websites use this standard technology. What this means to you is using your credit card online within our site is as safe as providing it to us over the phone. Pricing
The prices listed online are for today only. Items are available both online and in our store. There may be specials/promotions that are going on in our store but not listed online. To checkout our in store specials please call us.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for any purchases being shipped or picked up in the state of Illinois at a rate of 10%. There will be no sales tax on orders being shipped out of Illinois.
Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation received from Westerling does not constitute acceptance of the order or confirmation of our offer to sell. Westerling reserves the right after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Forms of Payment
Westerling accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is no extra charge for using a credit card to make purchases. Please make sure you provide your exact billing address and phone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.) If the information is incorrect this may cause rejection of your order or a delay in processing your order.
Store Policies:
Westerling store policy for over fifty years is no refunds, store credit only. If an item has been discontinued from a manufacturer is the only time Westerling will provide a refund. Westerling also has the right to charge a restock fee for merchandise that was special ordered from a manufacturer. The restock fee is based solely on the manufacturer.
Shipping
Westerling will process all orders the next business day after the order is placed for in stock items. Your order may be delayed by out of stock items, holiday business, or some unforeseen difficulty. Westerling will try to get the purchased items out in a timely manner and make every effort to get the product to you quickly and efficiently.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Status of Orders
Please feel free to call Westerling at (708)547-8488 or (800)837-7880 to check the status of your order. We will be able to provide you with the most current information. (At a later date we will be able to forward tracking information to you via email)
Product Returns
Westerling wants you to be happy and pleased with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or give store credit for any purchase made with Westerling when the item(s) are returned in saleable condition within 30 days from your purchase date. Please return the purchased items to Westerling by bringing the item(s) and receipt or packing slip.
Any product being returned because it was damaged in shipment needs to be notified to Westerling within 30 days. Please call us immediately so we can start the paper work to get the items replaced in a timely manner.
Gift Wrap
Westerling will provide gift wrapping for any purchases that are made in our store or that are being picked up for a fee of $2.00 per package for orders less than $100.00 and free for orders over $100.00. Bridal Registry orders come with complimentary custom designed gift boxing. We can not gift wrap any product being shipped due to insurance for the item(s) during shipment.
Bridal or Gift Registry
In our Bridal and Gift Registry section, we currently do not have the option set up for you to buy online. Please call us at (708)547-8488 or (800)837-7880 or email us to place an order off of one of the registries. The site is updated every 24 hours but if for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available or total quantity is purchased we will try to notify you immediately to change your order.
Items found on this website without an order button are available but not available for purchase on this website so please call us or email us to place those orders.
Product Warranty
For all manufacturers listed on this website, Westerling is authorized retailers to sell their product lines. All product warranty service extends to the original customer by the manufacturer of the product.
Typographical Errors
If Westerling has a product listed and an unforeseen typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors occurs on this website Westerling has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If we have charged your credit card for the purchase and your order is canceled, Westerling will issue immediately a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
